what's weirder than weird?

I did have a weird thought yesterday that the nurse would call and tell me I had some hcg in me.

How weird to actually GET that call. I swear I have espn sometimes. Actually, we have quite a few espn channels.

On the phone today she said, "you're going to think this sounds crazy but you have a level of 9.92. I'm not sure it would be viable but we'll need you back on Monday".

It's probably not viable b/c it's SO LOW. So it's probably what is called a chemical pregnancy. 

The only thing to do is wait and see and not drink that beer that I was really looking forward to. Damn.

And keep shoving progesterone up there followed by a tampon because yes, I'm still bleeding.

started spotting on tuesday evening (10dpo).

took test this morning.

ok, fine, i took my THIRD test this morning. 

another bfn.

going in for my beta tomorrow. it's only 13dpo tomorrow but i told the nurse about the spotting even though i'm taking progesterone. i thought progesterone kept AF away?!

even if it was/is implantation spotting, there should be some type of hcg level at this point.

i'd fall off my seat at work if they called and said it was positive. really, i'd probably shit in my pants WHILE falling off the chair.

provided it's negative, i'll stop the progesterone and go back on cd3.

we'll break up with the clomid and be best friends with the follistim cd3-7.

and we'll be meeting iui for the first time.

it all sounds so romantic.

not obsesssing in the least

I did a shitton of follistim this month. Well, to ME it was a shitton. I have no concept of what is a lot as far as those meds go.

After the doc realized I didn't respond well to the clomid, I took the following follistim injections:

150 CD12
150 CD14
150 CD15
112 CD16
112 CD17
75 CD18
75 CD19
Trigger CD20
sex
sex
sex

Yeah, I'm thinking the same thing. Triggering on CD20?

Trying to stay positive and hope that this timed intercourse stuff worked.

I'm not feeling my boobs yet but I'm sure that'll start around Thursday.

The scene last month was this: wake up, shove thermometer in mouth, feel boobs as I walk to bathroom, then shove the progesterone into the nether regions and snooze some more.

Wash, rinse, repeat for the 2ww. Last month was not medicated save for the progesterone. It did extend my LP, which was great.

Today is CD23 and really, this 2ww isn't bothering me one bit *cough snort*.

My body didn't respond well to the clomid.

I have started the follistim injections.

Speaking of, it's time to go shoot up now!

(today is CD14, 2 larger follicles - 11mm and 13mm.)
